Guarantee & Terms of Sale


At Stander Bende, we take great care in our work and are committed to crafting the highest quality products possible.
Leather is a natural product, and all our slippers are handmade, therefore each product will be unique and might vary slightly in colour and structure. This only adds to the character of our high-quality products and we are sure you will love your comfy slippers as much as we love making them.
 
Shipping:
You need to supply us with all your details, so we can ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.  
A quote for the courier will be provided on order, but you are also welcome to arrange this yourself if need be.
If you do want us to arrange shipping then please provide your full name, street address, suburb and city / town with a contact number and best time for delivery.
We can unfortunately not guarantee a specific delivery day or time as this is dependant on the courier company, but we can issue you with a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been sent.  Please email us to request your tracking number if needed.


Warranty:
We offer a 12-month warranty (from date of purchase, with proof required) within certain conditions and exclusions.  If the item, under conditions of normal use, proves to be defective, we will investigate the issue and gladly repair the item if possible or replace it free of charge with a new pair. The warranty excludes any damage as a result of accidents, including water spills or damage, alteration, repair by any party other than Stander Bende, transfer of leather dye or misuse.


If you bought one of our products and found any defect in the materials or workmanship, kindly contact us as soon as possible to resolve.  Please email us at hello@standerbende.co.za with all the information and photos of the product. Repairs can then be sent to us.  **Courier cost for your own account. Once inspected and repaired, we will ship it back to you free of charge. The unique differences in the colour and texture of leather is what makes leather products unique and the leather may darken and soften over time, due to normal use and exposure to the elements.  


Returns:
If you bought one of our products and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@standerbende.co.za with the reason, photos of the product and proof of purchase - within 7 days.
You may exchange the product within 7 days from receiving the item. The item needs to be in the original condition, in original packaging and not been used. ** Courier cost for your own account.
When we receive the item back, we will first inspect it to see if it is in an unused condition and then contact you.


What payment methods are accepted:

EFT only, please email proof of payment to orders@standerbende.co.za If goods are in stock, it will be shipped once the payment reflects in our account. Proof of payment must be sent to orders@standerbende.co.za so we can match your payment as soon as possible.


Basic Sale Terms & Conditions:

Delivery might take up to 4 weeks due to high demand & product processing.
Any returns (within 7 days) of non-faulty items will incur a handling fee of 5% and return shipping will be charged for your own account.
